Customer Service Representative

You must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent certification. A university degree is an added advantage. 

Some employers might also require candidates with qualifications in business administration or finance.

You can obtain these and other retail banking certificates from institutions such as the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

Mortgage Advisor/Loan Officer

You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a related field to become a loan officer or mortgage advisor. It’s also essential to have a professional qualification and experience in sales and marketing. 

Financial Advisor

The main role of a financial advisor is to provide viable and profitable investment options to customers.
