Fast Track Scheme

Herdsmen and Farm Managers

Application Process for Denmark Work Visas
Here are the steps you need to follow when applying for a Denmark Work Visa.
1. Choose the Correct Visa Type
First, you must select the visa type that suits you best. You can consult with your employer if you’re unsure about the best choice.
2. Create a Case Order ID
Once you choose the appropriate visa, you must create a Case Order ID. It is an account containing your details, such as your name, email address, and a copy of your passport.
3. Complete the Application
Gather the required documents and complete your visa application. These documents include the job offer, health insurance, passport-size photographs, and academic certificates.
4. Pay the Work Visa Fee
After creating your Case Order ID and filling out the application, the next step involves paying the work visa fees.
Ensure you pay the fees and submit your application in the same calendar year to avoid automatic rejection. You can apply online or in person.
Most work visas cost €950. If you make a wrong payment, you will get a refund.
5. Take Your Biometrics
After submitting your application, you must visit the Danish embassy within 14 days for the capturing of biometrics.
6. Wait for a Decision
The average processing time for Denmark work visas is 30 days. However, the Fast Track Scheme applicants get responses within 10 days.
