- A valid travel insurance, including requisite medical expenses, emergency, and repatriation

- Choose Seasonal Work Visa from the menu that appears after choosing Portugal.
- Next, fill in your details, then pay visa fees and submit the application form. Processing usually takes 15 to 60 days.

The holder of a seasonal work visa has the right to enter and stay in Portugal and to do the tasks specified in their visa for one or multiple employers. They also enjoy similar treatment to Portuguese nationals regarding issues like collective bargaining, payment of arrears, vocational education, employment counselling services, training, and so on.
If an employer provides housing for a seasonal worker, whether free or at a fee, it must comply with the national health and safety guidelines. These must be included in the work contract, clearly showing the accommodation conditions. If the employer charges the worker for accommodation, the fee must not exceed 20% of the paid salary and must not be automatically deducted as well.
